Gnarwhal is genre-pushing four-piece band that melds heavy alternative fuzz rock with progressive elements of metal, and doom-tinged grooves. Taking cues from bands such as Mastadon, The Sword, Elder, and King Buffalo, the band walks a fine line between classic and modern-day fuzz/stoner rock while hitting on their 90’s grunge influences and collective heavy metal and punk/post hardcore tastes.
